The Withered Kingdoms Duology is a developing adult fantasy set in a world shaped by war, divided kingdoms, and a mysterious sickness slowly overtaking the land. The story follows Elaren, a young princess who has spent most of her life trying to live up to what her kingdom expects of her.

But Elaren has never been interested in simply being a princess. Since she was a child, she knew she would rather fight for her kingdom than sit behind stone walls. As the sickness continues to spread and tensions between the kingdoms grow, Elaren finds herself pulled into a conflict that will test her loyalty, her relationships, and everything she believes about the world around her.

The Withered Kingdoms asks one question: Is doing what is right always the same as doing what is good?

The duology is being written for readers who enjoy immersive fantasy worlds, morally gray characters, complicated relationships, high-stakes conflict, and stories that leave them questioning who they should be rooting for.
